If the start time is 7:00:00 AM and it's 3:00:00 PM, there should be some well to tell that the user has worked 7hr 30min. Similarly, at 3:01:00, it should say 7hr 31 min, etc.

Currently gives an elapsed time of 0 for Start = 9:42:38 PM, Lunch Start = 9:47:32 PM, and Lunch End = 9:48:10 PM.
