Create a New Development Server that uses and can build themes: specifically feeling.
Options for Server include:
[ ] Local Option
[ ] Cloud9.io
[ ] OpenShift
_OpenShift and Cloud9 have not been too savvy for me. I've a lot to deal with working on a remote platform; so I may want to just setup a local platform. This could be tricky on a 32 bit machine. Might want to consider using my lap dog.
