"The popcorn time of democracy" Why don't we call this "Buurtbabbels" (neighbourhood chats). We ask permission to get the user's location. When we have the location, the user can view the neighbourhoods he's in or close to. The user can subscribe to the neighbourhoods in his location. From then out, he can follow the conversations in that neighbourhood. And off course can post new conversations. So a neighbourhood has a feed. User post anonymously. They can vote +1 and -1. @bennisan

So @sponnet we need an extra service "neighbourhoods". How are we going to get neighbourhood borders? Let the users create their own neighbourhood on a map? The first one to draw the borders of his neighbourhood becomes mayor?

Ideally, we have a p2p backend (a shared json object). Users send their "online" status to an xmpp service.

When I'm in a neighbourhood 3 times in one week, I get post rights. When I visit a neighbourhood, I can just read the conversations. When I'm not in a neighbourhood for 1 month, I loose my post rights.
