Objects (static) #137

Static objects (meshes) on track - houses, concrete constructions, etc.
Anything with .mesh that can be inserted (moved and rotated in editor). 
Probably separate mesh for bullet static collision, need to get btOgre working 
with this.

Ok, btOgre trimesh creation works now (the other axes problem).
