Why: As a co-organizer, I want to keep the finances organized, control our spending, and plan our financial future

Acceptance Criteria:

[ ] The budget reflects the latest ongoing subscriptions, e.g. Meetup and other platforms
[ ] The budget reflects the latest live-captioning sponsorship/funding, i.e. #16
[ ] The budget reflects the latest desire to create a future budget for speakers, e.g. travel, compensation, etc.
