Removing Zig & updating about me

Zig keeps changing so the zig code is just fully out now.

• Remove all routes which do zig stuff
• Delete mention of zig projects from the about me
• Update the about me because why not
• Replace path_helper.zig with an equivalent go program
• Removes zig code
