Finish Structure of the Github Repo

Zach to figure out a plan for how the Github files will be structured.

• [ ] Create a READ ME file for the Repo, (added functionality request)
• [ ] Work with Joel for the GUI

• [x] "How to merge into main branch"
• [ ] work closely with Joel, Pawan to Figure out how code will all be integrated together via GitHub repo structure.
• [x] Create a KB to show the process of merging code to the main branch

Current process:

1. Go to POC Folder and write code functionality folder in functionality branch
2. Code is working. Move code into AV folder AND move code into Main Branch

Chris Process: 1.POC for small code tests. 2.Code into AV project folder in integrity checking branch. 3.Once integrity checking code works, merge into Main branch.

Zach - Fully delve into how the repo is structured. There should be a solid understanding of how we are submitting the code to branches, and folders. Should be able to explain the process of "how will all code be integrated together"
