Small extensions to HistFac and Setup #32

1) Included sumw2 bool into initialiser for HistFac 2) Included default prompt-random window into setup

I pushed more commits on A2-Colloboration-dev/small_updates to fix little things, but please fix your author information before we merge this (your .gitconfig is wrong I guess, on two different machines)
