script won't start properly when launching from mars (enclave) orbit

if the player is in mars orbit when the script is started, it will stop doing anything after closing fireteam and selecting character.

tested europa and pale heart and they work, seems to maybe be a mars thing.

very weird, such an outlier that there isnt much reason to specifically account for it
