We always loose some gear due to new players to the server that just connect, take (important)shit and go die alone then gear is deleted by garbage clean or just disconnect and never play again.
In order to limit the negative effect of newbie/trollie players in public server i think we should add a limitation to non-unlimited gear available only for a certain rank.
This parameter can be set during the first start of the mission like other parameters.
This will also force the new player to try to understand the mission mechanics and teach him that first thing to do in Antistasi is scavenging.
The only 'bad' case is when your friend is new to the server and can't take proper gear if you are not at HQ with him. If he knows/like antistasi this shouldn't be a problem for him, if not then he'll learn :)
