Add sqf linter on push #326

Update: Works now with acemod linter ! I delete shitstef.sqf and fixed these ones : https://circleci.com/gh/A3Antistasi/antistasiofficial/136?utm_campaign=vcs-integration-link&utm_medium=referral&utm_source=github-build-link

Got acemod linter working ! but got stuck on one error :/ (fixed now) ERROR: Possible missing semi-column ';' detected at addons/Scripts/UPSMON/MODULES/ARTILLERY/fnc/UPSMON_selectartillery.sqf Line number: 83

I've deleted https://github.com/A3Antistasi/antistasiofficial/pull/326/files#diff-cc6fd323f0aefaa88d0c5723a4ba3163L6 it looks useless
