Town Spawn Locations #3

Currently, you can spawn at both the primary airport and old military base. Both of these locations are large capture points and as such should not have spawns.

Military base on SE island, radio station NE main island (between airfield and old military base), and military base NE main island (by radio station) are in similar situations.
