I had the same issue, it was due to my files being in french.

If your Google account is not in english, you need to change your language in your account.

With that, all the files will be downloaded in english.

It worked for me, hopefully it can be useful for more people here :)

My files were in french, it works when I changed in English. Thanks 👌
