Still having player reporting that they spawn on spawn island. Even with this fix: https://github.com/A3Wasteland/ArmA3_Wasteland.Altis/commit/6a0c431b630b1a86e200ac3fdad5f63be10deb09
Do players end up on spawn island upon joining the server after last disconnecting while alive, or only after a respawn? Do they have standard gear, A3W starter gear, or previously-saved gear?
If it's upon joining the server, did they successfully spawn in town at least once after the fix was implemented?
I will try and find out.
Also I think I forgot to commit something, there was supposed to be a playerSpawning = true;

to review the spawn island thing.... might be another opportunity when working a fix...
spawn island ties up real estate that potentially could be exploited for basing or for side missions, and perhaps a more improved idea is to spawn the players at 10,000m in free fall while the server sets up.
this will also stop the occaisional griefer that either sets up antipersonnell mines, or camps the island for clown kills.
Players on spawn island are invisible & invulnerable.
No they are not. I've been there on several occasions to kill the odd spawn island killer. Been watching what happens and they are definatly not invurnarable and invisible for some time.
That's definitely weird, they are supposed to be.
Normally those should be kicking in right after it says "Client Compile Complete"
I've noticed that players tend to spawn on spawn island a lot more. This happened on our servers in v1.1 but seems to happen a lot more in v1.2 Beta. Might be connected to https://github.com/A3Wasteland/ArmA3_Wasteland.Altis/issues/244
