STANAG rounds useless underwater #81

I'm not sure if this changed with the last patch (because I never tried before), but STANAG rounds are now totally useless underwater (as they should be), so the ammo box with the SDAR in really needs the UW mags to not be replaced with the STANAG ones.

Yes STANAG mags have always been useless underwater, the reason why I originally changed the underwater ones to STANAG was because that underwater rounds are just as useless outside of water... Should I add both types to the crate?

Divide and conquer.. split the ammount and replace it with dual purpose rounds
