Fixed dnscrypt-proxy installation issue #52

Description

The installation of dnscrypt-proxy was broken because the developers moved the download page of the project to a different site.

Updated the install script for Raspbian to download the binary distribution for arm Linux from the project's GitHub repository.

Fixes issue #50

[x] Did a fresh install from source on top of RPi and the supported Raspbian image
