The main screen is starting to look cluttered with the xbox 1 section of
the skin enabled, maybe having one games tab, then that goes into a sub
menu of Xbox360, Xbox, Live aracde. That would leave the main screen a lot
cleaner for maybe a media tab?

Wont matter in the end....  just look at the default skin for 2.0

I'm sure when 2.0 comes out, there will be a lot of new skins based on the one 
in 
the video above.

All depends on skin you're using as well.  These are just skins people are 
making.  
If you wanted to, you could redo it with XBUI Tool, make them list vertically, 
make 
the boxes smaller, etc.
