Some status effects don't show up on PVPLegacy #27

I'm unsure how to recreate this, but on the server pvplegacy.net in OP Kit PVP there are effects such as invis and regen that won't show up on the HUD despite being in the inventory, even if they are low durations.

It seems like it might be something to do with 1-2 second effects that are constantly being re-applied.
