Data pt Error should be in some SOM statistics window #13

Data pt. Error is displayed at the bottom of the window when an SOM is made. 
Since this is not an error, but measure of SOM accuracy, it should not be on 
the screen by default and only appear in some SOM stats window, probably along 
with neighborhood fails (code exists to compute this).
