styled the website better #28

Did the following changes: Added smooth transition on hovering to all the components of the website. Made the cards look better on mobile devices, tried to make it responsive. Made the search bar look better by removing outline on it. I hope you like the changes and accept my pull request. Thank you.

I tried screen recording but the file size is too large to get uploaded. Here are the screenshots which could help. image And the other change is adding a smooth transition on hovering the nav-links and the cards.
