format of uml_rec my files different from the provided examples #1

Hi Adrián,

Thank you for preparing this details tutorial for running ALE, when I use ALE to perform reconciliation, noticed that the fomat of uml_rec I obtained is different from the examples in your tutorial. Specificly, there is no "singletons", "extinction_prob", "presence" and "LL" columns in my uml_rec files. Please see an example of my uml_rec file attached. I installed ALE as described here: https://github.com/ssolo/ALE.

Can you please let me know which version of ALE were you used to prepare this tutorial? do you have a link to the new version?

problem solved, I installed an older version of ALE, sorry.
