Meeting to review releases 0.94 and 0.95

Discussion around a review meeting for Demo tickets and the related discussions, target date is July 21.

Q: Can we move collection records / other records between collections A: if a user is in both groups it should be possible, not tested yet. Action Item - Christian to test and report back, ticket will be created if its not working. Update for July 26 2022 - Group to Group movement is possible via the UI given access to both groups but the API will allow the movement if you are only in the source group. Christian will address the API deficiency via a new ticket.

Bug with Collection Agents duplication reported by Claudia July 19th 2022 Update - Ticket was created and resolved.

Review of print single record. Discussion around STB barcoding workshop and procurement of new devices. Ideally workshop happens in Q2 and procurement in Q3. Anissa mentions she will schedule this workshop for Sept Details needed: What equipment will be used?, what are the cost for purchasing and operating the system? Initial feedback, Ron is yes for RFID, Claudia is a maybe, Tara is a later on (maybe)

Q from Tara: what is encoded into the barcode? Will DINA support the legacy barcodes from SeqDB? A: barcode ID's are not yet defined, Yes we will support the legacy barcodes.
