Allow to add material-sample to transaction #346

Goal: allow to search for material-sample and add them to a transaction.

Out-of-scope for this ticket: show that a material-sample is not available since it's part of a transaction.

We need to add more columns to the material-sample table. Will be done in a more general ticket to add more columns to all the place we have that table.
