Ideal Gas Calculation added #16

Ideal gas calculation in tank after liquid agent depletion. There's definitely more polishing work that needs to be done if there's more time. Let me know if something is not working or not making sense.

For the default values of N2, it turns out they need to be in the tank method so I changed that. The way we set them up together today in the constructor is not passing them into the variables when I use them inside tank method.
