Integrate AAGIThemes and AAGIPalettes into templates? #15

I think I've got AAGIThemes and AAGITemplates at a stable point.

We can start using them in the templates for a unified look with R graphic and tabular outputs that have AAGI colours (and a few others) so that we have this look unified across the project as well as the template formatting and styles.

Of course, improvements or feedback are welcome on both packages.
