[QUEST] A Morbid Momento #189

Quest description Quest name: A Morbid Momento Zone, level: Arcum Iris, Main quest line, starting area

Describe the bug You are asked by the NPC to investigate the the abandoned wagon near the NPC to find out information about your family, however, the wagon does not spawn by the NPC and you are not able to complete the main quest.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Work the main green quest line to the south of Widesleeves.
  2. Obtain quest A Morbid Momento
  3. See error

Expected behavior The wagon to be there so that you can investigate it and continue on with the main quest line.
