Quest does not recognize that Vita Root has been planted or harvested. This causes the quest to not be able to be finished.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Go to 'Wyatt, located in Wardton in Solzreed Peninsula'
Click on 'Accept Quest for "Feeding Your Foal"'
Attempt to follow quest steps
Expected behavior
Vita root should be planted, satisfying the first quest objective
Vita Root should take 30 seconds to grow and then become harvestable
Harvesting the Vita Root shout satisfy the second quest objective, allowing for the turning in of the quest and the collection of the rewards (namely, the free starting mount).
