[QUEST] The Flood Fanatic #41

Quest description Quest name: The Flood Fanatic Zone, level: Gweonid Forest

Describe the bug No cells preventing dialogue, As well as inconsistent dialogue with some of the NPCs

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Accept Quest from "Eliph"
  2. Come to the place indicated on the map
  3. Try to talk to some of the NPCs
  4. See error

Expected behavior In the original quest, in the place indicated by the quest on the map, there are cells in which there are NPCs necessary for dialogue

Additional context By the way, the quest can be turned in, despite the problems in the work of the NPC

NPCs are not in the cell Spamming the talk with any of the npcs will end up completing the quest
