Quest description Quest name: The Missing Messenger Zone, level: Gweonid Forest

Describe the bug NPC Eokad Feos is missing from camp

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Accept Quest from "Seer Medel"
  2. Get to Spywatch Camp
  3. See error

Expected behavior Eokad Feos should be in Spywatch Camp
