[BUG] Ehnoir is in the wrong place #68

Describe the bug When you are doing the quest 'A Chance for Justice', you have to find and speak with Ehnoir in the Sacred Plaza in Memoria, Gweonid Forest. However he is below where he is supposed to stand.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to Memoria
  2. Head towards the Sacred Plaza
  3. See error

Expected behavior When you go up the first set of stairs that takes you to the next two sets of stairs there should be no NPCs

I put this as a normal bug because the quest that would send you to Ehnoir works as it should
