[QUEST] Home Security cannot complete #76

Quest description Quest name: Home Security Zone, level: 1 (Arcum Iris)

Describe the bug I cannot seem to complete the quest even though i have gone into the house it tells me to go into, i went into every corner and area in all the houses in the area. it also seems like there is random furniture in the area outside floating as well.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to Hatori Housing area north of Hatori
  2. Accept the quest "home security"
  3. go into Hakem's house
  4. Nothing happens

Expected behavior Im pretty sure you walk in and it will progress the quest after you go in.

Additional context it is also the house that had all the regal workbenches in the normal game, and the bed that you could spend gilda to sleep in but that stuff isnt at the house either.

This same bug exists in Nuian starting zone quest to tour a house. I also noticed that planting a vita seed for the elk quest does not advance the quest. Suspect the problem is that area based, location quests are not properly updating.
