The game needs a localisation for the Dutch language (oh, and possibly some 
other languages, as well). Patch included.

Not sure about the author's intentions with regards to localization, but 
externalizing strings is definitely a good idea regardless.

Also removed unused layouts.

Let me know what the localisation plans are. I can maintain a Dutch 
localisation. (Contact me on my full name, that's pimmhogeling, then comes the 
at character, then comes the gmail.com)
