Reveal cage operator is not shown when no cell was selected #141

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start new game with hidden operators.
2. Do not select any cell but directlt press long on a cage with a hidden 
operator.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The menu option "Reveal cage operator" should be visible. Currently it is not 
visible.

This issue also occurs in v1.96 but it is a minor bug which can be resolved in 
v2.0 only.
