Swipe entry method slow

Swiping uses only one hand, but with your old method I could use one hand 
to.select the cell and the other to touch the number. Much faster for me. This 
is even more true when entering multiple possibles for a single cell.

Thanks for feedback. You're right about the observation that two handed playing 
with digit buttons can be faster than swiping.

It was a principal design decision to entirely remove the digit buttons. So 
this issue will not be fixed.
