German translation

There is no german translation yet. I am an german native speaker and already 
studied the dutch translation. I could make a german translation for this app.

Currently we are working toward freezing the current release. In a few days it 
would be a good moment to add a german translation. Please contact me via my

Of course I have checked the app with German language turned on. Also I did a 
code review to check if everything has been translated. Please note that for 
revisions above 180 some changes have been made which are not yet translated. 
The have been marked with < !-- --> marker in the resource files.

Tested Revision 243:
- Inconsistency between English & DE with "input_mode_normal" / 
"input_mode_normal_short" / 

"input_mode_normal_long". Because of this, English text sometimes appears on 
the button, even when 

using German language setting.
- German text is sometimes too large for button, causing text to wrap (& button 
to become 2x 

height if there is room). Change "Modus: Definitive Werte" to "Definitive 
Werte".
- English text "Definitive" is too long on small screen - final 'e' is missing, 
so it looks like 

German ;-)
- Quotes around Maybe/Vielleichtwerte seem redundant
