Make help information translatable #80

Currently the content of the help (aboutview.xml) is not translatable because 
it uses hard coded strings.

Oops, only a few strings are hard coded. These should be replaced.

Tested in Revision 163: Changed language to Dutch and the Help dialog appears 
almost entirely in Dutch. Not verified for correctness :-)
