How do you deploy this project locally?

We'll be updating the repo README soon with this info. In the meantime:

clone the repo locally
run pip3 install -r requirements.txt in a virtualenv
set up environment variables for a twitter developer app account ([ckey, csecret, atoken, asecret] for the variable names)
run python3 app.py
