Changes for: Contributing, Requested articles, Browsers #107

Hi

Forgot I hadn't merged these changes for the Browser page I was working on and can't figure out if we can do partial pull requests so they're all going in.

Changes to requested articles is just changing Browsers to All proficiencies to In progress.

I have also made changes to the contributing page. I have made some sections as I couldn't figure out where to put the "change the requested-articles.md" step in so I shuffled a few of the points around. Feel free to edit these changes if needed.

Browsers is not 100% finished but this was from the first SUAW session.

If I can't assign Katie as reviewer I was supposed to...
