cvmfs set up script suggestion #173

The /cvmfs/fastrepo.sagrid.ac.za/bash-setup.sh script sets up the environment for users to use the sagrid installed modules. HOwever, at the moment, it only makes the modules in compilers and libraries available. Would it be possible to change the script to automatically put the other paths there (e.g. bioinf)

much obliged, @shaze - this was probably just an oversight, the other paths should definitely be added by default.

Note that we'll be moving to use the CVMFS Config repo which will contain these setup scripts, in a future release.

@shaze quick update - we're moving to a new repository naming schema under africa-grid.org - some changes to test this request will have to be made to your local setup. Still WIP, will push some config to the DevOps repo in a bit.
