You need to set the folllowing variables :

1. [x] repo: The github repo where this website is kept
   1. [x] discuss_topic : Create a topic on the forum for attendees to introduce themselves
   2. [x] agenda: The link to the agenda page
   3. [x] registration: link to the registration page
   4. [x] start_time, end_time : epoch time when the event starts and ends - use e.g. http://www.freeformatter.com/epoch-timestamp-to-date-converter.html
   5. [x] list of facilitators
   6. [x] facilitator metadata
   7. [x] facilitators are added the hackfest-prep repo, so that they can be assigned issues.
