You need to set the folllowing variables :

  1. [ ] repo: The github repo where this website is kept
    1. [ ] discuss_topic : Create a topic on the forum for attendees to introduce themselves
    2. [ ] agenda: The link to the agenda page
    3. [ ] registration: link to the registration page
    4. [ ] start_time, end_time : epoch time when the event starts and ends - use e.g. http://www.freeformatter.com/epoch-timestamp-to-date-converter.html
    5. [ ] list of facilitators
    6. [ ] facilitator metadata
    7. [ ] facilitators are added the hackfest-prep repo, so that they can be assigned issues.
