Could this be made into a dockerfile?

We would be updating the instructions soon with Docker.

You can also, follow the instructions at our other repository, which already has docker instructions for creating the deepspeech environment. Please note it's based on v0.6.0 and for swiss-german and you would still need to pre-process the dataset separately.
