As a user I want to change my account settings So that I can update e.g. my email and password and risk no security issue

Acceptance Criteria:

[ ] Email Changing
[ ] Password Changing
[ ] Username Changing?
[ ] Account Deletion Button

Definition of Done:

[ ] All acceptance criteria are met.
[ ] Code is reviewed and approved.
[ ] Necessary tests are written and pass.
[ ] Documentation is updated, if applicable.
[ ] Feature is deployed to the [environment name].
