I believe in release 2.3 we have the necessary schema content for both use cases. However there is confusion about the combined use of ReplacesCVINumber and Voided.
It would be very helpful if someone could develop a truth-table of the meaning when either or both of these is populated and what interpretation/action the receiving system is expected to take from them.
