Make VSX Query plugin to display RA/DEC in sexagesimal format #206

The VSQ Query plugin is used to display star information from the VSX database. Among others, it displays period/epoch (if defined) that can be transferred into Phase Dialog by a single click that facilitates processing light curves detached from the VSX.

Other frequently used VSX data are star's coordinates, used, for example, for Heliocentric conversion. Currently, the coordinates are displayed in Decimal form, while RA/DEC input boxes of the Heliocentric JD converted expect separate Hour/Min/Sec - Deg/Min/Sec values.

So a field with RA/Dec in sexagesimal format would be useful.
