Mac OS X codesign failing #275

All files under VStar.app/Contents/MacOS (extlib and dist) must be signed before the top-level app can be signed otherwise codesign fails.

@mpyat2 I did not realise that code signing was failing. Something has changed in recent times with code signing requirements on the Mac.

I've fixed this and will just merge it because it's hard to assess without having a Mac.

I've also removed the "dev" from the version since we'll be releasing in the near future.
