Is a converter back and forth between JD and BJD-TDB on the to do list? HJD is increasingly replaced by BJD-TDB because it is truly the stationary reference frame in our solar system and used exactly evenly spaced time increments without leap seconds or relativistic variations caused by movement and acceleration of the reference frame. For example, all exoplanet timing is done in BJD-TDB and so is most WD pulsation timing. HJD is only being used where historical consistency is important but one can argue that it would be better to convert the historical data to BJD-TDB rather than continue collecting data using that time base.
