Allow means series line thickness to be changed #295

As per @BradWalter's comment in the latest CHOICE course:

In preferences it is possible to change the dot size of a means series plot but I don't see the ability to change the line weight of a connecting line. Even if I change plot order so that the means plot is on top of a model plot from which means are calculated, it can be difficult to see the connecting lines of the means series against the substantially thicker line of the model curve.

I have checked also chart properties and plot control in addition to preferences, but don't see a way to change the weight of connecting lines.

it would be good to allow means series line thickness to be changed via Preferences.

I think it could be an extra tab in preferences (like "Series size") that allows changing the thickness of connecting lines for any series. Thickness = 0 would mean 'no line'
