Remove AAVSO Upload Format plugin GROUP field limit #327

In practice, the 5 character GROUP field limit is not being observed, e.g. by VPhot, the limit should be removed from https://www.aavso.org/aavso-extended-file-format and gnored by the plugin.

The GROUP field length is now ignored.

Tested with upload format files including the first one that led to the issue being created.
