Issue #342: KEPLER/TESS, QLP, LightKurve plug-ins now derive their ObservationRetriever's from TESSObservationRetrieverBase. A new observation detail -- "Flux" -- was added. FITS rows having bad flux/flux_error are now collected to the invalid observations list.
